Refund Policy
The short version
When you can get a refund
You qualify for a full refund if all of the following are true:
- It is within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge on agntly.
- You have not downloaded any blueprint zip after upgrading to that plan.
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
When refunds are NOT available
We will not issue a refund in the following situations:
- After 7 days from the first payment on the plan.
- Once you have downloaded any blueprint zip on the paid plan, regardless of how many days have passed.
- On renewal payments — only the first payment on a plan is eligible for the introductory window.
- If your account has been suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email hello@agntly.app from the address on your account with:
- The subject line: "Refund request".
- The plan you subscribed to (Starter or Pro) and the approximate date of payment.
- A short note on why you'd like a refund — optional, but it helps us improve the service.
We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Vault dashboard or by emailing hello@agntly.app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to your plan until then, and we do not charge you again after cancellation.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. If you want both, mention it in your email.
Disputed charges
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer — we can almost always resolve it directly. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first may result in account suspension while they are being investigated.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes apply only to payments made after the “Last updated” date posted at the top of this page. Existing payments are governed by the policy in effect at the time of the charge.
